Learning Objectives and Project Considerations

My general goal for all the courses this semester is to “speak up” and get engaged in every session. My goal for this course is to learn how to make “learning design choices” smartly by practicing in real learning design cases. I hope that after this course, I will be able to add “Communication”, “Collaboration”, “Learning Management Systems”, “Adult Learning” and “Instructional Design” to my skill set.

As I mentioned in meetings, I'm interested in almost every project. However, at this stage in my career, I think I would benefit the most from the following:

• Course Mapping for Platform Transition Project at Dartmouth

• Generative AI for Educators Demo at Bok Center’s Learning Lab

• Online learning development at Dartmouth

Since I’m transitioning my career from UX design to Instructional design/Instructional Technologist/learning media design, I believe these projects could help me build on my strength in Tech & Design while enhancing my skills in learning design.
