INTRODUCTION
This is a learner-centered, anti-ageism training program for Nurse Practitioners(NPs) at Massachusetts General Hospital(MGH). Our intervention is a hybrid learning program designed to increase NPs’ cultural competence with age-based treatment and reduce implicit age biases. The program features a blend of in-person workshops and digital nano-learning resources.
