INTRODUCTION
This project leverages Generated Artificial Intelligence to empower middle managers. Based on the existing platforms in BOSCH, the web platform functions as a portal for access to internal data analysis, as well as a smart platform that used AIGC to cater to management needs.

OVERVIEW
What is the problem?
Middle managers have no direct portal for data and managing the team, usually, they have to ask HRBP for relevant information. However, the workload for HRBP is large and repetitive.
What is the solution?
We established a self-service platform for middle managers to access data without asking for a third party to join. Apart from this, we also introduced Gen AI to help managers better perform and manage, coordinating with BOSCH's #leadworkwin Culture.
